Reveal both teams?

Every word and every team shows on this screen. Do it once the round is settled - after a declaration's minute runs out, or the moment someone guesses a word.

How to play

Everyone sees the same list of words. The table is split into hidden teams, and each team is secretly given one of those words. Nobody knows who shares theirs.

Tap Deal the words and pass the device around: each player reads their own word alone, hides it, and hands it on. Then set the device down where everyone can see the word list.

Talk freely, out loud. Drop clues your teammates would catch but the other side cannot place. If someone asks you to repeat a clue, repeat it.

Winning

Declare your team. Claim that a set of named players, yourself included, all share one word - three names in games of 7 or 8, four in games of 9 or 10, your exact whole team in smaller games. Start the timer. If nobody guesses a word before it runs out, reveal: your team wins if you were right, loses if you were wrong. Only one team declaration per round - word guesses stay open to everyone.

Guess their word. Say it out loud, any time - even during someone's declaration minute. Reveal at once: right and your team wins, wrong and your team loses.

Either way, tap Reveal teams to check the claim. Everyone wins or loses with their team.

Castlefall was invented around 2017 at Epsilon Theta, MIT - Castle of the Devil crossed with Spyfall.
